Difficulty: Medium, Distance: 10km, Elevation: 370m, Time: 4 hours
A well deserved reputation as a favourite tourist hike. Joffre Lakes will blow you away. As well as being a relatively easy walk for the rewards you get, you get three lakes in one! The first lake is only 200m from the parking lot and well worth a look if you're just passing by.
Whilst it may be packed with tourists in summer months, it's still worth a visit. About half an hour north of Pemberton, Joffre lakes are possible as a long day trip from Vancouver, though i'd definitely recommend staying in Pemberton if you've got the time.
Rent some bikes, ride round the lakes, or the valley, and be sure to take a quick detour to Nairn Falls on your way back!
Can be done in the Winter but make sure you take snowshoes or shoe spikes.
You'll find the trail guide here.
