This easy access walk gives you a different perspective on the city of Vancouver. Starting from Ambleside Park, you'll explore the beach front of West Vancouver, looking across the water to the Lions Gate Bridge and Stanley Park, and to the right, out onto English Bay.
The walk is accessible for all, has lots of parking, and has close access to cafes and shops should you need a small treat. The path is paved all the way along, and ventures along the centennial sea wall all the way to Dundarave Park.
Overall, a great way to enjoy a couple of hours in the city, with great views and the smell of the ocean.

The trail is paved all the way and flat. No real challenges to navigate. Just after you leave Ambleside, you'll have to detour around the back of the sailing club briefly, but the trail stays along the sea front. For the remainder. For a short period along the trail, there is a separate dog walking area slightly raised up from the main path.
The trail begins in Ambleside Park, easy to get to from Marine Drive in West Vancouver. Buses are frequent, and the trailhead is very much walkable from the Evo Parking at Park Royal.
